Nurse Practitioner

Alie is a board-certified family nurse practitioner through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and a Sigma Theta Tau National Nursing Honor Society member. Alie is passionate about connecting with her patients and having them actively participate in their care. She received her BSN at the University of Arkansas in 2013 and her MSN from Simmons University in Boston in 2019. Outside of the office, she loves spending time with her husband and two young children and cheering on the Razorbacks!

April has over 25 years of experience in nursing. She specializes in adult/geriatric medicine. As a nurse practitioner, April advocates for her patients by empowering them with education to make informed healthcare decisions.

Molly received her Bachelor of Science from Texas Tech University in 2010 and her Master of Science from Texas Woman's University in 2015. Molly's philosophy as a nurse practitioner focuses on treating the whole patient with compassion, high-quality care and striving for patient advocacy. Her goal is to help you look and feel your best.

Shay, a board-certified family nurse practitioner, earned her BSN from the University of Southern Mississippi in 2003 and her MSN from the University of South Alabama in 2009. With a background in ER nursing, she has held key roles at the Adult Cystic Fibrosis Center, GI Associates, and Forrest General Hospital. Since 2018, Shay has been a trusted provider at Family Focused Care, delivering compassionate, patient-centered care with a focus on education and prevention. Outside the clinic, she loves spending time with her husband and two boys, often cheering them on at the ballpark.

Registered Nurse

Lynda has been a registered nurse since 1993 and has been pursuing her passion for aesthetics since 2008. She enjoys helping people achieve beautiful skin and fewer wrinkles with BOTOX®, XEOMIN®, JUVÉDERM®, JUVÉDERM VOLBELLA® XC, RADIESSE® injections, SkinPen® microneedling, and C02 lift mask application. Her knowledge, professionalism, and attention to detail make her patients feel at ease in the treatment room. Lynda loves camping, the outdoors, fishing, and spending time with family.

Front Office Manager

With two decades of experience in the medical field, Amanda currently serves as a dedicated front office manager, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional patient experiences. In addition to her professional achievements, Amanda is a proud wife of over 20 years and a mother to four energetic sons, as well as a dog and a cat. Outside of work, she is passionate about party planning where her creativity shines, and enjoys staying active through regular workouts. Balancing a rewarding career with a vibrant family life, Amanda is committed to both personal and professional growth, constantly seeking ways to improve and inspire those around her.

Check-In Specialist

A proud Mississippian with five years of experience in front office administration, insurance verification, and customer service, Courtney is known for always delivering service with a smile. She specializes in accurately verifying insurance coverage and ensuring smooth communication between clients and insurance providers. Courtney's strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting have allowed her to create positive experiences for patients while maintaining efficiency and professionalism.

Medical Assistant

Jessica is a National Registered Certified Medical Assistant with over ten years of experience in the medical field. With her broad range of medical skills, she provides extraordinary care for patients here at Family Focused Care. Jessica believes that empathy, active listening, and building strong personal connections set her apart in her field. She is happily married and a proud mother of two boys. She enjoys watching her boys play football and baseball, loves camping trips, and often will catch her on a dirt road riding trails.

Check-In Specialist

With over ten years of customer service experience, Lisa developed a strong ability to connect with people, solve problems efficiently, and create positive customer experiences. She holds a degree in health education from Oklahoma State University, which has given her a solid foundation in communication, empathy, and a passion for helping others. Balancing her career and life as a parent to three amazing kids has honed her multitasking, time management, and leadership skills. Outside of work, Lisa stays active through dancing, outdoor sports, and her latest passion, pickleball. She is always looking for new opportunities where she can bring her energy, dedication, and customer-focused mindset to a dynamic team.

Marshaunti is a Check-In Specialist and Certified Medical Assistant who is passionate about helping patients and creating a safe, welcoming environment for those around her. With cross-training in multiple roles, she ensures efficiency while providing compassionate care. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and shopping.

She has been a certified medical assistant since 2020, earning her certification from the College of Health Care Professionals. Furthering her expertise, she obtained her associate degree in healthcare management from CHCP in 2022. Born and raised in McKinney, she is passionate about serving her community and ensuring patients receive compassionate, high-quality care. Outside of work, Symeika loves spending time with her husband, family, and friends. She also enjoys cheering on her favorite sports teams and making lasting memories with her loved ones.

She is passionate about delivering high-quality care and fostering positive patient experiences. Director of Accounting

Markita is the director of accounting for Family Focused Care. She has over 25 years of experience in healthcare management and is dedicated to ensuring smooth operations and providing support to both staff and patients. She lives in McKinney with her husband, daughter, and huge fur baby, Hondo. Balancing work, family, and the joy of mentoring others in her spare time makes her life fulfilling and rewarding. Markita is currently studying for her bachelor's degree in healthcare administration.
